You will not need a flash player so you will be able to view it on any mobile device such as an iPad or iPhone. As far as how long it will take to down load that will depend on a number of factors such as how many people are downloading it, your internet connection speed, etc.

It takes a while for them to get the movie recorded and then uploading it posting and having a reliable server to keep it posted and maintained. If the server can only hold so much traffic and people exceed that it will crash. Allow them to take there time and have it up without bugs. Also YOUR GETTING TO VIEW IT FREE WHY COMPLAIN!?! If its so much of a hassle go to the movies pay for a ticket and watch it there instead of complaining to people who don’t have to do this but are doing it anyways just to share something with you.
& Guy’s whenever you do get it posted you probably should send a mass email alert so people know its on the site.
